“Food, passion, and the Goddess — as defined by Sarah Schulz — have all come together to form a reimagining of bread pudding. This truly timeless dessert has inspired me, and with Schulzies, I hope to pass on this inspiration and remind everyone that there really is nothing better than baking love.
My love and passion for food led me to bread pudding. I wanted to create something special, something unique, something so good that you could taste the emotion that went into it. I have always loved bread pudding but seldom did I find it perfect for me — I think it is something about the traditional texture and serving style. It lead me to wonder why people feel it has to be served warm and in the same shape as a Lego®. For years I was on the quest to find the perfect bread pudding; something not too sweet with a rich creamy texture.
Finding myself all too dissatisfied one night, I turned on my own oven and got to down to business baking my own pudding for friends and family. My taste testers continued to point me in the right direction and, in a fraction of the time I had found myself with a steady supply of recipes unlike any others.
